Parts manager improperly shows thrust and no longer shows electric charge consumption for dawn engines

Previously the manager showed how much electricity the engine was consuming. and according to the VAB the engine should be producing .2 kN (Engines are on max), yet this info does not show up

Upon further testing it appears that for all engines the thrust is always shown as 0 kn

I'd like to add, I have the MicroEngineer mod installed, and it reports 200N of thrust no matter how many Ion engines I have going.

The expected burn time seems to be based on 200N.  I checked fuel consumption, and acceleration, and the do seem to scale to the number of engines active.

So essentially, the thrust and fuel consumption are working as expected, but the report and estimation isn't.  I've haven't tried acceleration under time warp yet to check.
