Dates aren't shown because they aren't, and can't be, nailed down yet.  To expect them to be is frankly unrealistic.

No doubt they have Internal 'target' dates, but they can and do move due to circumstances.

Think with the great Budget from the Gamestart that they can make a map with dates .

And hey nobody knows  it is done as expected.

They had *a* budget and yet pushed the release date at least 3 times for various reasons.

The milestones will arrive as soon as previous version is as stable and balanced as expected, not earlier. When does that happen? Well it depends on hundreds of variables.
