Ability to set default launch area

This is a minor quality of life thing, but as I am using the runways a lot, I find I am constantly getting reset to the launchpad.  This happens often when I do a save after a small modifcation (though not always).

 

I'd really like to be able to set a launching area and then have it stay that way throughout my entire session until I change it myself.
