Falling through the planets surfaces

I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this, every planet I have visited so far my vehicles clip through the surface to fall to the center of the planets.

For Kerbin, when I drive to the top of a hill my vehicle will just fall into the planet. https://imgur.com/a/U8sXxON.

On the Mun, if I leave a ship there and return to it the ship will clip through the surface.

Yes! I encountered it a lot more before patch one. Now I encounter it when I try to exit a grumble seat while the seat is upside down on a surface, Kerbal head down.

I made a video that featured falling through. Interestingly enough, falling through Kerbin puts you in water and you can swim "underground".

In my video for the land on Minimus Challenge I fell through a lot. The vessel would flatten or "crumple" and just fall through as if there were no floor.

I haven't yet fallen through while walking, but I have encountered many "invisible rocks" while driving
