Flight Craft destroyed upon reaching orbit when warping

I was warping at x3 speed and seemingly the moment I hit orbital altitude the craft destroyed itself, there was a boom and the flight status screen showed vessel destroyed, I didn't see any breakup debris.  I was not burning my engine at the moment, but i was fast warping.  With the flight report on screen, I can see my final AP was 77,939m and PE -792m.  I wasn't circularized yet.

I had this problem too! It seems to happen with every planet and moon with a atmosphere, and it too happens during reentry.
