Steps to Replicate:
0.1.1.0:

1. Load Save File (0.1.0.0 to be on the safe side)
2. Target Other Craft
3. Change to other Craft
4. Target Previously Controlled Craft
5. Untarget Previously Controlled Craft
6. ReTarget Previously Controlled Craft

0.1.2.0:

1. Load Save File (either)
2. Target Other Craft
3. Change to other Craft
4. Target Previously Controlled Craft

Additional Information:

I did in a few tests see double intercepts as well but for some reason I couldn't replicate it again.
