Looking for an old mod that had a bucket wheel excavator in it

I remember a mod that added a lot of inventory parts, and the only part i remember is a small drill that looked like a bucket wheel excavator that was reddish in color, and could be placed in an inventory. If anyone knows what the mod is please tell me
