Flight Unknown force keeps my rocket from pointing retrograde.

So! Yesterday i succeeded in launching stage 2 and landing stage 1 at the same time! Even though the game kept despawning one of my stages, See post here for context:
 

I found a few design flaws in both my stage one and stage 2 i've spend this evening fixing. Once i had ironed that out and wanted to test stage 1 and 2 again.. it was like this invisible force were keeping my rocket from pointing retrograde... I thought it was easiest to show what i meant:
 

As you can see - something is keeping me from pointing retrograde.
