I've given you a joint minimalist award but included remaining fuel in the listings as well.

Also, proof of concept of lifting heavier weights using wings, in this case 30 tons on an aerospike that gets off the ground with a thrust to weight ratio of 0.88

While understanding the efficiency issues to make a craft smaller than 7.5 tons may be difficult this method should allow over 150-160 tons to be lifted on a single engine if anyone fancies a go at the other end of the scale.

The minimalist award might still be beatable, depending whether a takeoff skid counts towards the launch weight. I almost got a 7.11 ton 5x200L craft into orbit with the small LV-909 engine.
