KSP Blueprints?

I have seen multiple KSP blueprint designs while surfing the web. I was wondering how those were made. Is there a software? Are they Hand drawn? I would love to make my own!

I think a Kronal Vessel Viewer + GIMP combo can do that:

I personally use Kronal Vessel Viewer with GIMP too. GIMP is simple, BUT at the same time not so simple. Use a blueprint template, like this one: (I'm gonna have to edit the post, I'm searching for it). And if you want to make something like this:

Use a font called Playtime with Toddies. Then for the KSS images, copy them into GIMP, select the BG colour in the screenshot and delete it. There!
