Not a bug report but could not find another location to post this question

I purchased the game through STEAM, but prefer to NOT keep STEAM running all of the time so just launch the game directly without steam.

Is there a location where you post every time there is an update to the game, so I know when I need to log onto steam to update the game.  I'm just not sure if this is constantly being updated and i need to do it weekly, or just once every few months, etc.

Thank you, and from what I have played so far, I LOVE the new game and updates over the old.

For what it's worth, I've been noticing that Steam downloads updates to the game on what seems to be a daily basis.  They range in size quite a bit.  They're typically very small, in the KBs.  But I've seen them in the tens of GBs.

They're never changes to the game's binary, the game version number always remains the same.  I assume they're updates to the game data.  I assume they contain game asset corrections/improvements.
