BUG where craft is landed even though it is in orbit - on load it crashes to the ground

Rescently I took of from Tylo in a shuttle. The ride was weirdly bumpy and once I reached orbit the craft would not let me time accelerate. It said "Cannot time accelerate while moving over surface". I was in a stable 25 km orbit. So I reloaded. Still no luck. To rescue Karnard kerman I went EVA with him and then the shuttle just had 0 speed and crashed to the ground.

My MODS are only visual and parts except from Jeb MECH so I don't think it is a MOD related issue. Any chance you could hunt down this bug?

From videos I can see it is also present in KSP2.

I remember having this bug a while ago as well. Don't remember the issue solving tho.

If you want to get better help from the community, you must attach your KSP.log  

Found in KerbalSpaceProgram/KSP.log

Not sure it'll help. I don't think this kind of error is logged here. I can reproduce the error consistently though. Would it help with a video?

Did you break anything e.g. a solar panel on the surface? That can cause this bug.
