Saving & Loading Save File if Kerbal on a Ladder Will Cause an Error When Loaded (reference not set to an instance of an object)

How to Replicate:

1. Load KerbalOnLadderSaveFile
2. Load KerbalOnLadderSaveFile again (To bypass another issue)

Additional Information:
I haven't tested every part in the game but it appears to happen to both ladders and parts with built in ladders (pods, crew cabins)
