Copied Tanks don't Inherit the Originals Fuel Levels. (Alt-Copy)

OS: Windows 10 | CPU: Intel i9 9900K | GPU: Nvidia 3070ti | RAM32GB

Additional Information:
I was trying to make a craft with empty tanks. I copied the empty tanks and the copies were full.

Workaround:
I opened the craft file in notepad++, found the full tanks and changed all the tanks to be empty.

If you empty a tank in Parts Manager and then alt-copy it to place another instance on the vessel, the new instance is fully fuelled.

Pretty simple issue that could be purpose. However, I find it very annoying having to empty every single fuel tank I copy when I only use them for structural purposes.
