If you bought KSP2 on The Private Division Website Can you Get it on Steam for Free (For easier Updates and Stuff)?

I Bought the game on the website instead of Steam, but I like how Steam does the updates and how they tell you the recent events and how you can download craft files super easily. So is there a way to get KSP2 on Steam without having to buy it again. I have Steam linked to my Private Division account but that did nothing. Thanks
