Nicrose
Scrolling through the parts manager, resource manager, or any other pop up window will zoom the camera. One should be in control at a time. Side note: Please bring back single part windows. They could work hand in hand, there doesn't need to be ONLY the parts manager. While the mouse is over the parts manager window the scroll wheel should only cause the parts manager to scroll up and down. The zoom level of the view should not change.
