Performance FPS keeps dropping, seconds after launch

Reported Version: v0.1.3 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes 
OS: Windows 10 | CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3400G | GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 4GB VRAM | RAM: 32GB 2133 MHz

 

I was testing my old rocket, everything was normal. I then launch the rocket, decent fps.  After a few seconds, the fps slowly decreases. I tried restarting KSP 2, it was fixed, but then it happened again.
