"Icy" parts of Eeloo terrain have no terrain collision features but have normal collision mesh

Reported Version: v0.1.3.2 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes
OS: Win10 | CPU: i7-10700K | GPU: RTX2060 | RAM32GB

It's making the landing gear go through the terrain (the lander stopped on its engine) until the legs are being retracted, which causes the craft to fling into space as the retracting legs do have collision with the ground like with anything. Also a Kerbal on EVA is unable to plant flags because it's not standing on the surface - it's rather floating or falling but unable to go lower (because of gravity) because there's normal collision mesh blocking the way. It does seem to kinda work in other parts of the planet but further investigation required.

As in attachment.

Thanks for the great video.
Have you got a save file from that scene that I could use to test it?
A craft in orbit would be ok as well if the save file on the ground causes issues.

That's an interesting behavior though...

No. It's worse than that.

For my testing of this bug for Laythe, the flag that was causing the issue was on Duna.
