Reported Version: v0.1.4 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes
OS: Windows 11 | CPU: Intel i9-9750H | GPU: RTX3060 | RAM32GB

Often when trying to click on fairing buttons (view/edit) they will go away if you move you mouse too far away (while still hovering over them).

Thanks for the bug report.
The buttons should be a lot bigger than that in 0.1.4.0

Are you sure that's the most recent version. If it is can you verify your files and try again?

If that doesn't work have you got any mods that could be affecting things?

Yup definitely the most recent. After posting this report I did come across a bunch of other issues - so uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled which did fix most issues - however, this one still remains.

Seems to be focusing on the structural part behind the button (got another video that shows this more clearly just can't add to reply)

Can you upload the craft file like you did before? I will add it in and test it.

@QwertyHpp Not sure why your video shows small buttons but even with them bigger there is definitely still a problem.
Doesn't happen if there's nothing attached to the fairing plate.

Yeah I think my previous install after the update was a little corrupt. They are bigger now after reinstalling

I have also had a lot of difficulty with the buttons disappearing before my mouse reaches the fairing icons and had to rotate the camera a bunch to get the right angle for them not to disappear.  This fix would be a pretty big quality of life fix.

In case someone needs to reproduce I was using the XL tank then below that a XL faring  than a XL engine plate at the bottom.

The button disappears if the button icon is hovering over another part. So it selects that other part instead of keeping the button active when hovering you mouse over it.

If you rotate your camera so the icons are completely on top of the fairing you will notice that the issue no longer occurs.

So yes this needs to be fixed. Same with any other icons like modifying wings, etc.

When hovering over the edit button of the Small LPCS-250 "Conversion" control surface the wrench icon disappears after a short time. You have to be fast in order to click it

(I say no mods, but I do. Had someone else check without mods and they had the issue too)

In order for me to actually use the procedural wings, I need to approach it at a weird angle. Here are the steps to replicate it:

Step 1: Open the workspace named "Blackbird"
Step 2: Try to modify one of the wings or verticle stabilizers. I recommend trying to modify the control surfaces on the verticle stabliziers. These are where this problem most frequently appears.

I have also noticed this bug in flight. It may be a completely different bug but if you click anywhere on a trajectory, sometimes moving the mouse cursor towards either the timewarp or the maneuver button will cause the pop-up to disappear temporarily until you move the cursor away again.

Yes, that's another issue.
