Terrain near the poles changes shape when moving the camera, causing a vehicle to bounce around

Reported Version: v0.1.4.1 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes 
OS: Win10 | CPU: i7-10700K | GPU: RTX2060 | RAM: 32GB

 

1. Load the attached save (should load a spacecraft nearly exactly on Ike north pole)

2. Move the camera around.

3. Watch how the terrain changes shape causing the lander to bounce around.

So far only noticed on Ike north pole, on Gilly north pole the issue is nonexistent.
