Having a really big and annoying bug while playing ksp1 modded

so i decided to start a new modded career mode playthrough. suddenly as i finally got to duna and i created a manned rocket to go there (tac life support installed so seperate manned rocket). and when i went to load my game started loading and then froze and i couldnt launch any rocket after that. this also only happens on the save i made the rocket on. any help?
