jclovis3
Reported Version: v0.2.0 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes OS: Windows 10 Home 22H2 | CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D | GPU: MSI Gaming GeForce RTX 4080 16GB GDDR6X PCI Express 4.0 | RAM: 128 GB DDR5-6000 What happened: I have crossed through the rings on a slight incline and even tried to match them as best I can in map view, but at no point in the orbit do I actually see anything in flight view. This kind of robs us of an exploration opportunity and there should be a special flight situation for it as well. What was expected: Lots of tiny space dust, or maybe even small asteroids. Something colorful and reflecting sun light like you see it in the map. Something with a 3D appearance, as the map shows a 2D texture. ncw33
You can see them at certain angles in the flight view. They can be seen as a black line across the sky that blocks stars behind, when looking at the rings edge-on. I totally agree it's very subtle compared to how clear they are in the map view. Probably a bug - they must have been intended to be more visible.
The Space Peacock
the workaround for this is restarting the game.
