Two question about locations on the Mun

I have found all the locations and biomes on Mun and Minums except 2. 
Mun Mound discoverable who is supposed to be located at (x: 34.93, y: -28.48) = north 34:56, west 28.29, the Mun or burst was at (x: -13.4, y: -69.94) = south 13:24 west 69:56 
So either the wiki is wrong or I do something wrong. Yes it took some time for me to realize that micro engineer used minutes and second not decimal for location. 
Or is it just hard to differentiate from other rocks? 

Mare Eye I have no idea about and google shows has just junk about kerbal eyes.

I found the Mun Mound location, it was not that remarkable so I overflew it at least once. Still missing the Mare Eye.

• Rayed Crater
• Highlands ✔

What / where are those other two?

Mare eye is the off color area inside an an mare, rayed crater has very visible rays from orbit and not very far north say 30 degree. Its an fake on farther north .
