How should I add WaterFall mod to Scatterer?

Hi! I just found out how to add mods, and I got Kerbal Engineer(So good) and Scatterer(Also so good), But Scatterer doesn't have good engine plumes so I want to add Waterfall to it, But the Waterfall have 

• WaterfallRestock: Provides patches for most Restock and Restock+ engines. This requires Restock. 
• Near Future Technologies: Near Future Propulsion, Spacecraft and Launch Vehicles provide Waterfall configs
• Kerbal Atomics: Full support
• CryoEngines: Full support
• Far Future Technologies: Full support
• Stock Waterfall Effects: Provides support for stock

Which should I download? Stock(Stock Waterfall Effects) or what.

Without ReStock, use stock waterfall effects.  I suggest using CKAN.

Oh, I want to add ReStock too, so I don't think too bad, anyways thx.

I can't add ReStock or ReStock+ for some reason, REStock dosent support this version, and ReStock+ Dosen't do anything except for making my fairings disappear, anything I done wrong? I downloaded from spacedock.

I switched to restock last year and vaguely remember that it had some issues at first but they got worked out.  I might remember having to clean out the folder the mods are in because some leftovers interfered.  Here is my current list of mods on CKAN.
