Save files non existant

I cannot find my save files, its annoying, cause i spent some hors working in career mode and then next time i log in everything is gone. I make sure to click save before i leave the game, and this has happened multiple times. I just wanna go into the same file each time i play.

Your saves are stored in your user directory:

\users\<yourname>\AppData\LocalLow\Intercept Games\Kerbal Space Program 2\Saves\SinglePlayer\

One folder per save.

Within there, "Workspaces" are your ships.

If your saves are not saving it may be a permissions issue, where you for some reason don't have permission to write to the drive. That's just a guess, I'd need more information to know what the actual problem is.

I cant seem to find that file, or a folder of that name, i find something like that in KSP 1, but not in KSP 2. I have tried making steam search the files, and i have tried to delete and reinstall it. When i save i think it looks normal, but cant find the file i saved when i try to boot up again. Same with quick save/quick load, quick save says game saved, as excpected, and quick load says something like no save files.

Turns out, i went into it, and after changing absolutley nothing it finally let me save the game
