There's no tutorial as the game is currently in alpha. That is, unfinished.

If you're asking how to rotate parts then it's not possible in the demo. In version 0.17 use the W,A,S,D,Q and E keys and in conjunction with the shift key to make fine adjustments.

EDIT: Landing gear and landing struts can be toggled using the G key and also right clicking on them, ladders need to be right clicked on (only works out of the hanger, there's no way to set them in the hangers yet)

Try downloading a part pack that has animated parts and look at the source.

Landing gear = G.

Ladders = right click and push the green button.

Also you might want to know about R for RCS toggle, T for SAS, and L for the Kerbals little lights, they need to be on EVA though, click the EVA button on their portraits!

Board [EVA]: F (when near pod entry)

A lot of other functions are controlled by right clicking on ladders, engines, fuel tanks and command pods

Actually all of the controls are in Settings > Controls, so all you really need to do is look in there
