Localization & Text Dres Ramp scientific data is not translated in German

There is something wrong with the scientific data in the German translation of the Dres Ramp. Also, the amount of science points you get is not quite right.

@Winterstein, can you confirm that your bug report is about the german translation missing from the science report?

Also, I will probably make that bug report a respository for all missing translation in the game if there are other bug reports like this coming, to make things more organized. (Not just for German)
