Bloomberg article is just restating the same details we’ve been looking at for almost 24 hours:

EDIT: there was a tweet from the official KSP account saying some sort of development is still ongoing.  So still up in the air I guess.

"still ongoing" could very well mean "will continue for the two months until the layoffs actually kick in"
