Modded tech tree crashes when I research new nodes

Here's my modlist: 

I hopped onto a save for the first time since downloading a bunch of mods, and now when I try to research new nodes the game will crash. So far the nodes that have caused it contain largely MKS parts.

To properly troubleshoot your problem we will need a log file so we can see any errors that may be occurring.
