at least I've gotten the ascent stage's mass down to 350 tons - that's under half the previous design.

the problem is that my laptop is really struggling with running KSP, so until I get some better RAM and GPU I can only really chip away at Tyrant.

new bug found - Plad's terrain disappears when viewed from below sea level. Loading a save when landing here causes landed craft to start falling before terminated by killsphere - images below from same point with camera slightly pitched down in 1st.

(Also on plad, but probably just a general KSP bug, craft can retain landed state on takeoff)

This is one of the more annoying bugs- since I use HeightMapNoise (or something similar), sometimes it also makes it go down, instead of up.

This means, you can go under sea level.

This is just a KSP problem.

I’ll fix it next update (including Kop Expansion, Research Bodies, and DOE compatibility.)

Ah. Sorry to bother you then.

The only other 'bug' i'm aware of is that Mrokrok and Bongbong need descriptions, but that's nothing groundbreaking.
