OrbitusII
You should check out the Procedural Fairings part mod. Really sexy and far less laggy for large ships. Ah, but the point is to use all stock! I think my issue with motivation to play was too much dependence on mods, so I'm quite happy with how it looks as a pure-stock ship. I totally stole someone else's design because I wanted the B9 version of it... also is it just me, or does it look like the baby version of Serenity?-snip-I definitely see Serenity, and it looks fantastic! Tw1
We had a nasty accident with the ironing board rover. It was oddly stable like this, despite me mashing buttons trying to stop it. I attempted to get them off safely, as we didn't need the rover any more, and Camberry hit the ground and went like this. Then I hit F5 instead of F9... Donvey had to leave the Mun without him. First kerbal I've lost in space for a while.(Simulations at KSC don't count.) Edited July 21, 2013 by Tw1

OrbitusII
The launch of the first Fairing'ed Heavy Kerbal Transportation System. The first Fairing'ed Heavy KTS is now in LKO with enough fuel to get to Mun... maybe.Unlike Fairing'ed Light mk1, this one actually has ASAS (it'd be a pain to fly without). The full launcher is probably one of my best-designed rockets- stable, fast (but not too fast), and with enough fuel to get its payload almost anywhere in Kerbin orbit.Considering how many parts the fairings are, I'll probably use Procedural Fairings to simplify the assembly and decrease part count (without the launcher, the fairing and orbital stages are a total of 142 parts) if I ever use it for non-Kerbal ferrying purposes. You gotta admit though, it looks pretty badass! Edit: Yep, got to Munar orbit! And we can get back with about 30m/s deltaV left over:Just the orbital stage going to burn up during reentry:And we happen to land during an eclipse! This was a good mission. Now to do it with a lander... Edited July 21, 2013 by OrbitusII
