Sli 41
And another person with a better PC and space station than me joins the club.In a nicer tone, nice station. Looks like someone has a beefy computer, also.Thank you, my PC is rather modest, it wasn't really high end when I built it a few years back, I have a 2500k and a 560 ti, but it still serves me well. And to KAO, yeah, it's not standard I've made some changes here's the sweetfx settings file in case anyone wants to give it a try:http://www.filedropper.com/sweetfxsettings_1Also a bit of an experiment with crt shader:

WooDzor
Quickly threw together a Munar Direct mission. The Saturn V and CM were existing.(though I put some extra fuel in the tank and added the separation boosters because I thought that would look pretty cool)Launch (with the old Saturn V with the ugly interstage fairing that goes wobbly, I also had a fuel line problem with stage 2 but managed to manually pump fuel around to stabilize things (seems to become standard))OI BurnAbout to landYAY! 3 kerbals on the surface on the MunAnother YAY! for no explosions during launchAnd the first test of the separation boostersThat went quite well for a first flight :'D Edited November 19, 2014 by WooDzor

Wampa842
Maybe transporting a dangling dead weight on cables at 100 m/s wasn't such a good idea after all.In the end, it was successful, but there were moments when the payload almost bumped into the balloons. Astronomer
I found these images of a craft I made two years ago:I called it Prometheus. Also this old twitch Kerbacon meme I started:Mun Interstellar-ish lander from two years ago:Notice the altitude. Mun was a whole lot smoother back then.On top left, you can see the Prophecy probe looking back at the lander. To the right, is the lander looking down at the probe.Plot twist: those aren't stars - they're waves rocks.A bit off-topic, but I also found my first hand-made animation:(water physics is self-animated ofc)Today: Edited November 21, 2014 by Astronomer
