module manager

You've actually only got one, the ModuleManager.4.2.3.dll file is the actual module manager, the rest are supporting files. You can delete all of those if you want and they'll repopulate next time you load up ksp. It is pretty easy though to actually end up with multiple module manager dlls and in that case just keep the latest.

Nothing changed, so dug deeper into the planes.  It turned out to be slightly misaligned tail planes were throwing the physics way off.  What should have been nose heavy planes were actually tail heavy, but it did not show up in the SPH
