I'm having trouble getting my plane off the ground.

I built a giant bomber based off of a video I saw, his was flying perfectly, mine doesn't leave the ground no matter what I do.

Looks like a mostly reasonable design but your center of mass is so far ahead of the center of lift that it's holding the nose down. COM should be a little head of COL for stability, but not that much. Try moving the wings forward.
