Science Lab into Orbit

I'm trying to build a medium sized spacecraft in LKO, but I'm stuck on the second module which is the science module. I just want a mobile processing lab, some solar panels, monopropellant, two docking bays and RCS thrusters and I'm having a hard time getting the thing up there. Not to mention I haven't learned how to dock yet, that's a problem for future me. Can anyone help me with designing a rocket. Thanks! :)

You posted similar posts two times. Which one do you want? This one or the other one?

My guess, without seeing any pictures (which you really should provide), is that the engine(s) you are using to deliver said payload to LKO doesn't have enough thrust to get you where you need to go.  Keep in mind that you should have a TWR somewhere in the 1.3-1.6 range, with 3600 m/s of dV just to get into a stable orbit at around 90ish km.  Then you need enough fuel to rendezvous, match speed, and dock (which, as you said, is a problem for future you).

What engine are you using?  Do you have enough fuel?  Can you share some pics of the craft you are trying to get up into LKO so we can help you?

I was going for a mainsail engine with 3 fuel tanks of medium size. Two pollux boosters. Then another of those same fuel tanks with a poodle engine. Then a fairing and the lab. I'll try and get some screenshots

I rebuilt this based on your description, with some parts that I had to assume you are using (docking port to connect to the station, antenna, probe core as you didn't say command module, reaction wheels).  And with a fairly inefficient ascent profile (thanks to not having a whole lot of reaction wheels or using the RCS during flight), I got a stable orbit at 100km with 2450 m/s of dV remaining:

Screenshots of the craft are absolutely needed here as I'm not sure why you are having an issue getting into LKO at this point.  You should have way more fuel than you need to get up there and set a rendezvous.

Thank you. I don't know either but thanks for the help.
