Tristan Hanson
Pretty much the title. I want to install CKAN but it only opens in the terminal form and I well, can't really use that. Any ideas to fix my problem so that I can use CKAN in its GUI form or ideas for just alternatives?

Batavia
Maybe use something like winebottler? Youll probably will have to relocate your ksp install to wine's directory tho, just a theory.

I would be completely fine with relocating my KSP directory. As long as it means I can use CKAN!

Would I need to download wine alongside this for it to work?

Winebottler is wine + a system that lets you run any .exe file on mac just like that. To my understanding winebottler creates something called a wrapper, wich basiclly converts .exe files to a mac application Edited March 20 by Batavia Typo

So what I do is I download Winebottler and then you execute the CKAN EXE file inside of that? I know I would probably have to change where my KSP is to Winebottler for It to work.. could you guide me on that?

As wine is kinda outdated and a bit hard to install, I am going to use Kegworks. Check it out if you want. https://github.com/Kegworks-App/Kegworks
