Are you on Windows? Open a Command Prompt and use the cd command to navigate to the full filepath for your GameData folder. For example, to get to my Steam install's GameData, I would type

cd "C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Kerbal Space Program/GameData"

Then use findstr to locate some text relevant to your part. In this case, the most important word is "Saverio", so I would type

findstr /s "Saverio" *.cfg

which searches all subfolders (/s) for a cfg file (*.cfg) containing the word "Saverio".

You'll get a list of all the files containing that word. Some of them might be part files or localization files, so you can then just read the file paths on the left side of the terminal to see where those are (what folder in GameData has them).

On Linux or Mac, I think you'll use grep instead, and the flags for searching subdirectories or looking up cfg files are a little different, so you'll have to do a bit of research.
