Zombie Truck

I recently Saw a challenge that wanted you to escape from zombies coming out of the ocean, so I pictured Jeb coming out of the SPH in a huge truck and destroying the zombies....... So I built his truck.

And I challenge you to do better

To win, you need to get and keep the high score for a week after 2 entries are made.

SCORING:

Top speed of over 10: 10 points

Missiles: 20 points

Emergency VTOL: 30 points

Amphibious: 40 points

Spikes: 10 points

Top speed of over 20: 20 points

The JSP is proud to present the ZRV, Zombie Response Vehicle.

Not as cool-looking as I had hoped...

But the thing that the Jedi Space Program cares about is that it is FUNCTIONAL!

Had a slight malfunction at the end of the test...

But got a cool screenie anyway.

PS. The thing on the front is a gun. It can also act a lance to skewer the undead with.

You've gone heavy weight. I've gone lightweight:

14 PB-NUK's give it an unlimited range and the Jet engine pushes it well beyond 50 m/s at only 10% power. Pushing past 60 m/s bursts the tires but leaving the safety of your vehicle to repair them in zombie infested territory is not recommended.

Edit: Added a 6 shot dual decoupler canon capable of hurling projectiles roughly 200 meters.

Mine's pretty tame compared to the others here.

Scoring 40 points is my Zombie APC, made from an old pick-up truck, it's open so survivors can be more easily picked up (or easily run away from zombies) and has a reinforced front for ramming things!

It's armed with a decoupler cannon (complete with reloads) for blasting the gruesome hordes.

And the front spikes are being modelled here by Bob Kerman

My attempt, it ain't winning any beauty awards, tell ye that for a fact. Let's see about points...

VTOL (takes practice, functional) = 30

Goes over 20 = 20

Goes over 10 = (do these stack? I'd assume so) 10

Works on water (extremely slow and tips dangerously but works) = 40

Missiles (2 fuel tanks eject, dunno if its considered) = 20

Spike (does the tail part count?) = 10

Looks like full points, 130.

First challenge I've ever done. I feel proud lol

First challenge.. If it's worth doing. It's worth overdoing?

Would only reach 10m/s while careening to one side.

This all happened very quickly.. The rockets fell off rather than launched, need a way around that. Then hit the vtol cause there were splosions.
