A few more questions, if that's alright.

> Which version of SXT are you running?

> Do you have ModuleManager 2.0 or above?

If everything is working properly there should only be 2 inflatable fuel tanks (one in frame, one without) and only in the gold colouring.

Umm, I just realised there was an update 3 weeks ago, I had the previous version, and the tanks I mentioned aren't in the current one... I bring shame on my family. :blush: Guess I must have had it in my downloads folder for longer than I realised. For the record, I had a 2.5m and 3.75m version each for the standalone fuel tank, the framed gold one and the framed orange one. And I've been using Module Manager 2.2 onwards.

As for the crew modules, the PPD-6 is probaby the most extraneous. As for the others, they all have their functions, and I guess it's just up to the individual which ones they'd use.

Does this mod have FAR support?

LLL contains no wings, so it automatically supports FAR. SXT has a few wings, I'm not sure if they support FAR, but the rest of the pack (all of the rocket parts and such) automatically support FAR.

Ok thank you! I ask because I've built a cargo plane using the stock wings and the craft can't take off the ground at all and I use FAR. I guess the wings aren't supported.

Top section optional (we have that) but the end access i have always wanted. It could be a space station hanger or a rover drop box.

hmm i want to make this into a hollow outpost for mun....

i would just drop it in and deploy with kerbals inside and just manning equipment and maybe with a rover

Hey Lack would you consider a modification to the tail fuselage part? It's just a tad too long:

I had to move my horizontal stabilizers forward to get my CoL closer to the CoM - roughly the same distance I would gain if the X part of the tail were cut out. This way its just a tail part instead of a tail/partial fuselage. Those are your cargo holds I'm using too. Great pack.

Have you run out of negative angle of attack? Looks like it's mounted rather straight on to the airflow.

it's 5 degrees negative AoA already, increasing that doesn't improve my stability derivatives. Neither does moving it rearward. I've gone 10 degrees dihedral, which has helped.

I can release the door-thingy at somepoint, it was the pneumatic bit's animation that was being a bother so I can drop that. It's still going to be a while till I can get back to actual modding, at least the components have started arriving, although being at work 12 hours of the day most days makes actually getting to depot's a bit of a problem.

I have the case and a motherboard now, so that's something.

In the mean-time, someone could probably just use the .mu ripper to get the 2x1 base and whip some basic door up (I don't think I put the source files back up with a licence, so it remained taken down). Something very basic is a 20 minute job.

No decision in that regard, I really came to dislike having all the different re-sizes in LLL, so I'd like to have tweakscale and if not I'll just leave them disabled by default (via MM_config, so it can quickly be reversed by deleting a text file). I don't care much for modularfuel's interface (at least when I'd last tried it, might have changed since then), but if there's still problems with FS then it'll have to be that. I was a bit burnt out on LLL (and I think MrWizerd was a well).

I'm going to need to re-do most of the models in 0.26, so I can have a look at it then.

I can re-name them as well.

Heh, no problem. We clearly thought along the same lines with those parts.

@TeeGee,

Yep, although the FAR configs for the SXT wings aren't fantastic (although just about workable). I've asked for help with them a few times but no-one's taken me up on that.

I've also got what should be a complete list of the stock textures SXT uses. I know they've re-named the files and folders for 0.26 in addition to changes to textures and models, so if I'm not 'back in business' before 0.26 lands it might be of some use in making a MM patch.

What do you need help with? If it's proper derivation of the wing values, Taverius and I covered that in the FAR Wiki

Thanks, I'd tried doing it before with what I could find online, but I must have mucked my values up somewhere since the CoD ended up quite far in front of the wing.

@SufficientAnonymity,

They were bundled up with the rest of the LLL stuff, I release them when I get the chance. Might do a pack with just the accessory bits from LLL, they work quite nicely with the large B9 parts.

lack i hate to be a baby but i had to re install KSP recently and due to that fact i lost the tweak scale .cfgs if you have them please pm them to me or just put em on the front page and pm me with a heads up.

I just tested out those turrets and they are in working order, the larger one does have a light effect inside the turret is that something that you wanted or is that something else? Also the larger turret "looks" like it is firing two shots at once.

Also With the introducing of the unguided rocket pods, do you think you can make a Missile launcher turret model and I work out how to make it fire the missiles?

EDIT: Yes the larger smoothbore turret "IS' firing two cannonballs in one shot.
