How to attach one part with 2 joint points?

I am trying to start with the design of my space station, but i have a problem, i cant do any U shape becoz always one point remains unattached.

Due to the Parent->Child nature of how KSP tracks parts, this is not possible in the VAB. A part can't be an ancestor of itself.

It's possible in orbit by using docking clamps.

Ok, the hard way then, maybe i will need to change my design.

You can, however, place some struts across the lower meet point to create quite a strong link.

Indeed, struts work just fine. Similarly, you can place a pair of docking clamps so that their attachment faces are in the correct position to dock and they will connect as soon as the vessel loads. It requires some careful positioning, but it's not too hard to get right.
