Leaving Missions?

When I click on "End Mission" or "Space Center" nothing happens and I have no way of closing the game. This hasn't happened before. Help?

The most common reason is that you've forgotten to set your throttle to zero.

It'd be grayed out in that case, and he didn't specifically say that it was grayed out.

OP: Are the buttons grayed out and unclickable, or are you clicking them, and they're registering that you clicked them, and just nothing happens?

I'm clicking the buttons, for example "End Flight" and then it says "Are you sure you want to end this flight?" , I click continue and it reverts back to before I even pressed esc. I.e just going as normal as if nothing has happened.

Not sure about the cause of that, but I've had similar issues before when the game completely glitched on me. Try exiting the game and coming back into it to see if that solves anything.

this once happened to me when i was using a probe and forgot solar panels xD, i couldnt end flight, restart, nothing.
