NASAFanboy
Hi there, the National Aeronautics and Space Agency is a govermental agency, focused to spreading the human presence around the solar system. We are currently working on the Space Launch System, which is to take hu-kerbals beyond LKO since the last Apollo 17, and bring us to Ma-Duna, while doing ambitious missions such as the asteriod capture. The probe is one of the largest constructed in the histroy of NASA, is currently finding an asteriod to "capture".Mods Used: Circular Panel Mod. http://kerbalspaceprogram.com/0-18-2-ci...-solar-panel-2 (Its for 0.18.2, but works with 0.19.1. I resized it to 2.)Space Launch System Block OneLiftoff!Orbit/Transfer StageThe Space Launch System is one of thelargest rockets built to date, and contains tons for fuel for transfers and such. The rocket has been tested in a manned lunar flyby, and is very very nice for missions beyond LKO.Mods Used: Jool V Launcher by Bobcat. Its for 0.18, works for 0.19. Orion Multi-Purpose Crew Vehicle Launched on an SLS Block I, this craft is the successor to the STS system, and is the only surviving part of Constellation. Man-rated, and Jeb proof. NASAFanboy
By the way, the decoulpers that hide the service module are fairings, and you will see a lot of heat at 13000 meters at the top.You must decouple the decouplers one by one, from the bottom.BTW, giggleplex, where did you see the rescale factor for the booster? Fredonia
Just throwing this out there, but wasn't the Altair designed to take 4 crew members down?If so, might I suggest using this mod? It makes the Hitchhiker a command pod and has an IVA allowing 4 crew members(although 1 and 4 are in the same seat...) It would require a fair amount of tweaking the ascent module, so... Not sure it's worth the effort, just throwing that out there.

Just in case the edit you want to do is related to getting a good five segment SRB. You know how to clip parts by bringing up the dev tools, right? (ALT+F12)Rune. Did I guess right?
