Andras
The big 2m SRB appears to have the wrong texture filename in the cfg. Should be F2 not F1.

Tiberion
Is there perhaps a packing error? The zip is almost as big as the game files, at 58 MB.Twice as big as Sunday Punch, which comes in at 24MB.I notice you have empty mesh folders in each subdir. Kickasskyle
This is down to the texture size.I could make a version with reduced sizes, at some point in the near future, assuming someone has problems.I have made a version with smaller textures, and added it to the post under Winstons. As for the mesh folder, I did it based on the something on the KSP wiki, and an empty folder produces negligible impact on filesize. Winston
What would people think about strap-on reserve fuel tanks like this:When/if such things are implemented, you could have different sorts of tanks for various materials.Compressing gasses from alien atmospheres and filling your tanks with them to power adapted engines would be neat. Tiberion
You won\'t be able to make the engine draw from those, since the yellow tanks will be children of the big middle tank, and fuel only flows from parent to child, not vice-versa
Luigibro606
I think the strap on tanks would be a good idea, but then Tiberion has a point. You could just model a small pipe on the bottom and say it connects to the engines/tank tho

Tiberion
We\'ll get around that with ~~Magic~~Intersting.. are you gonna make it work sort of like the should decouplers? where you attack a magic dot to the top point (making them children?) but modeling it so they go out and around it?Will that work with symmetry? Making it 2, 4, 6, 8 tanks, or will it have to be a static number?

Making it 2, 4, 6, 8 tanks, or will it have to be a static number? This was the thinking.Probably a static amount of 4 and 8.These tanks are designed to fit within the 2 meter fairings, so they look nice when attached to upper level stages. Also, I thought I\'d mess around with some rockets and make some images out of it. AstroAndrew
Well don\'t feel bad Nova, your parts are still epic, imagine how many of your lunar landers are going to be on the Mun, since this dude made a nice spacetruck to take it there. Your parts are better than the stock by far. I\'m only d/l ing this pack for the 2m engines and more SRB choices.Your big bertha engine looks nice, but tall 2m LRF crush it too easily imo, but the other parts are very nice. Kickasskyle
Your big bertha engine looks nice, but tall 2m LRF crush it too easily imo, but the other parts are very nice. This happens with ours as well, KSP doesn\'t seem to like heavy weights on single parts, so it\'s all about spreading the weight.Assuming the parts can actually lift the weight (which if it\'s happening usually isn\'t the case), you can 'insta launch' and get away with it. AstroAndrew
Nova\'s low drag radial decouplers seem to look very nice with your half meter SRB\'s ,winston, on 1m rockets. First pack I\'ve seen that lets users pick burn-times of SRBs, with added weight increase, nice touch!
Andras
Well I guess we don\'t need any other modelers now...These parts are so heavy I doubt I\'ll use them much.
NovaSilisko
These parts are so heavy I doubt I\'ll use them much.Maybe they have realistic fuel values? A 2-meter tank of the same height would have 4x the volume and weight of the standard tank.
Andras
Maybe they have realistic fuel values? A 2-meter tank of the same height would have 4x the volume and weight of the standard tank.Problem is the game has issues with that much weight. The 2m tanks have odd fuel numbers also, ranging from 186.67 to 216.77 units/kg.The 1m tanks all have 224 units/kg, or 12% more then the stock tank.
