How do I EVA with my two brave Kerbals?

I finally managed to land my first station on the moon. Now I´m wondering, why I can only EVA with one Kerbal. While walking around, I can´t switch back to my moon station (in which there´s still 1 Kerbal). I am using the Mk2 Lander-can as control pod.

I wanted to take a picture from the cockpit to the outside, while 1 Kerbal is standing outside looking at me :'(

You can EVA two, but you can only control a manned pod if there is at least one kerbal in it, so you can not switch back to the cockpit unless it has a probe body or kerbal in it.

Seems I´m missing something. How can I switch back to my Kerbal who is still in the command pod? Double clicking, right clicking, clicking anything won´t let me control my moon station.

Square brackets keys let you switch between any objects that are close to one another.
