Mk 1 pod

Did any one else notice there is a burnt up vintage Mk. 1 pod, vintage LVT-30, and LV45 in the first hanger from the control tower at the island airport? I guess that's some kind of cover-up. Sorry if this has been posted before.

I discovered it on my own, and with it and the fuel tank, I have no idea why, but I thought I saw a dead kerbal laying there, I was like "OMG IS THAT A KERBAL!?!?" it really looked like one, but after many failed attemps with planes to get Jeb over there I finally did to discovery that it was the old pod and fuel tank I felt do stupid after that...

rpayne88, that's one of quite a few easter eggs scattered around the game. Keep looking and you will find more. In fact, two of them are closer to KSC than that.
