Here's what I've been working on for the past couple of days. Feedback would be apreciated.

I'm still trying to figure out how to incorporate the motto "Magna cogitare! Nulla consequat!" (or "Think Big! No Matter the Consequences!")

Oh, and on the left you've got the Mun, and on the right you've got Minimus.

Oh, and I'll be using the Crystal M (that's what I'm calling it) in the logos of different divisions of the corporation that, for now, I'm calling Consolidated Malachai. (i.e. Malachai Sub-Orbital, Malachai Biosystems, and the terraforming wing, which doesn't have a cool name yet).

If I where you I would get rid of alle the drop-shadows and edges, and choose a heavier weight for the typography (= make the letter bold). This will result in a more "flat" looking design without any unnecessary details, that will be more recognisable from greater distances.

EAEA - Eclipse AEronautic Agency

Every mission will get some kind of mission-name that will be added to the flag. But that is the base-image.

Much better! But I think you can still improve the lettering by placing it below the rest of the flag in such a way the background behind the letters is completely black. This will reduce the "noise" in your design.

I'd eat there. Kolonal Kerbal looks a bit shifty though...

Reminds me of the "Lovecraftian deep fried chicken" I was going to draw a few months back. I'd misinterpreted a line from a song. Never did do that...

Yeah, I'm learning about conic sections this week :D

Circles, ellipses, parabolas, hyperbolas, degenerate conic sections, I could go on and on :P
