I want to make one, but I'm not good at this type of stuff :/

Well you could use the paint program that comes with your windows, that's probably the easiest way to begin with, simply open it up, re-size your canvass to be 256 by 160 pixels and begin drawing.

At the top there are some shape and brush tools, experiment with those and see what happens, i hear there is a more advanced program called GIMP but i don't know how to use that i'm afraid.
