Here's the flags in a larger, less good size:

Descriptions are coming shortly.

Oh yeah, and this:

Chobit's flag, in the correct size.

Perhaps I should start releasing PfL images in this size format. *sarcasm sign*

My take on your flag Chobit, I think I might have to use this one my self!

BftJgeQ.png?1

Has a rather sinister feel to it(unintentional).

And it's 17 x 9 :D

I hope I've set off a new trend or something.

Also, I've added some flags for probes to the OP.

These flags are 17:9 res. as well.

They're based on the Spanish, Polish and Burmese flags.

I was wondering, why do all your flags have Kerbin in the corner?

And why 17:9? Most RL flags have 3:2 res.

Those flags are truly beautiful. Makes me want to design some 'murrican flags for the Kerbals.

17:9 because it's almost 1:2, however it also has a center point. If you notice, it's 16:8 + 1 to either side.

They all have Kerbin in the corner because it represents the heritage of Kerbals and where they come from.

Thanks.

Yeah, I figured that. But instead, I though it was 18:9 - 1 which is the same in the end. But I mean, I could also do 18:12+1=19:13 that's what I meant.

Ah I see, the human instinct. Ego level 9001 (the way it is... not meant offensive).

Anyway, I like the probes. I made 2 versions, one with the flags (without white figure) and a probe and I've also tried your style a bit (of course, had to give it a little twist). However, your style(-ish) was much better in the end, So I posted these instead.

You like it?

Edit: I like the way everything's pixelated, and symmetrical in a way.

Edit2: I also made some rovers. Still wondering why I have a Jool Rover, but who cares?

Those are truly beautiful, and inspire me with divine brilliance.

Also, I feel inferior now, so please stop :sticktongue:

Thanks for using my design idea, by the way. It's actually based off the scandinavian flags, which are the best possible flags.

Thanks because of you I was awake to 2:30 this morning....anyway I made a 'Merica version of my flag.

In this one:

kyt6N2v.png

the one I presume to be Mun (with the droplet), what's the story behind that?

The droplet represents the crater and valley on the Mun, as seen here:

Mun.jpg

It also represents the importance of water to the first colonies on the Mun.

I felt like making an alternate version of the size chart:

oUeRisv.png

In this one, the sizes are based on lots of square roots and things of the mass.

What do the numbers mean?

And do the lines under the bodies resemble their orbits?

The numbers are the masses of the planets. And yes, the lines do represent the orbits. It's on a log10 scale.
