Would think that the buttons would assignable. Only downside is it's almost as expensive as a cheap PC.

I actually have one of these. I'm a bit of a programmer. If anyone has suggestions or hints on where to start, I might be able to create an interface for this. I use Linux primarily but I do have a couple KSP-capable VMs.
