I'd highly recommend taking a look at some of the tutorials you can find on the site, as well as the ones listed in the Drawing Board (link in my sig). They have tons of useful information that you can use to do lots of awesome things. If you ever get stuck on anything in particular, feel free to ask questions in the How To section. Other than that, make yourself at home, and don't be afraid to jump into a conversation you find interesting.
